We are passionate about health & wellbeing. We are building a conscious community, sharing knowledge and bringing awareness to people about the importance of creating and maintaining a healthy body, mind & soul.

We care about our planet, we care where our products come from and how they are made. Using local, organic and ethically sourced products is an essential part in creating a healthy and sustainable future, which will inevitably increase longevity to ourselves and to our planet. We want to play our part in creating a better future, reduce our footprint and bring awareness to the importance of living a sustainable, organic and ethical lifestyle.

Organic practices are not just about the certification; they are about the holistic approach that supports the earth, all lifeforms, the farmer and us, the people. In light of this, we offer a consciously prepared and nutritious menu utilising organic, local, sustainable & seasonal ingredients where possible.

Our classes are designed for people of all ages and levels of fitness. You do NOT have to be flexible, strong or mobile to practise yoga, although will gain those physical qualities in time.

Essentially yoga is wholitstic and caters for both physical and emotional health. All yoga postures can be modified and tailored for an individual who may have an injury or be recovery from an illness.

My philosophy on yoga is, “If you are able to “Breathe” and “feel” you can benefit from my yoga classes”.

Everyone is welcome and equal at The Collective.

No matter your experience, age, size, health or life path, you are invited to enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga with us in our safe and intimate studio in Terrigal.

We believe that the practice of yoga starts on the mat. The doing of yoga happens when you step off the mat and into the world.

We are dedicated to upholding the values and dignity of yoga as an ancient holistic science with Eastern origins. We aim to support you to connect with your body, mind and soul, to join as a community of like-minded people, and to contribute in ethical and sustainable ways locally and globally.

Our daily classes are catered for the brand new beginner to yoga to the more advanced and practiced. We are also committed to taking the teachings of yoga off the mat and into world by offering conversations, workshops, events and courses.

Our ethos is guided by an understanding that yoga teaches you to live and speak your truth (Satya), to collaborate with community (Sangha) and to be of service to others (Seva).
