NYE AT THE ENTRANCE: The Choirboys to ring in the new year!

Celebrate the end of the decade at The Entrance this New Year’s Eve with headlining act The Choirboys.

Family Friendly

The event is alcohol free and family friendly featuring delicious food, amusement rides, glow products and show bags.

“As always we have a very special NYE event planned at The Entrance with guaranteed fun for the entire family,” Central Coast Council Unit Manager Community Partnerships, Glenn Cannard said.

Mayor Lisa Matthews said Council was delighted to host this special event for community members and visitors to the Central Coast.

“NYE is a time to celebrate the year that was and the year that will be, and our event at The Entrance is the ideal place to come together with family, friends and community for a fun-filled evening,” Mayor Matthews said.

The Entrance NYE Fireworks

Not only is there a great lineup for The Entrance’s New Year’s Eve celebrations, you’ll also be able to marvel at one of the biggest NYE fireworks displays on the coast.

The fireworks display will kick off at a family friendly time of 9pm, conditions permitting.

The Entrance NYE Road closures

Enforced on 31 Dec from 3-10pm

> Marine Parade car park closed all day 31 December
> Marine Parade at Beach Street, The Entrance
> Coral Street east of Duffy’s Lane, The Entrance (Access into the multi-storey car park still available)
> The Entrance Road closed at Victoria Avenue
> Part road closures at the intersection of Torrens Avenue and Victoria Avenue

Visitors travelling from the north of The Entrance bridge are advised to park on the north side of the bridge and walk to Memorial Park. Visitors travelling south to The Entrance are advised to park away from the road closures area and walk to Memorial Park.
