Each Friday you can finish your week, and start your weekend with a beautiful Restorative Yin Yoga class to help restore and renew you.
Taking on the elements of Yin Yoga by working with body meridian lines, this class is designed to help your body to open up and let go. We will use restorative postures, props and mindfulness to allow your body to begin a calming healing process. The class will end with a mini Yoga Nidra or guided relaxation to shed the layers and declutter the mind.
