This guided 45 minute meditation class is designed to support you to let go of your thoughts, with the simple intent of communing with a higher power.
This class is by donation. Learn the science of stilling the fluctuations of the mind. No previous experience is required. All you require is provided by the studio (cushion, blanket, bolster, stool)
