Central Coast Stadium celebrates 20 years with community open day

It’s hosted 490 events and welcomed over 3.6million people through the gates and on Saturday 8 February it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Central Coast Stadium will throw open the doors to locals and visitors for a fun-filled, family-friendly day of celebration to mark the important milestone.

Organisers say that visitors will have the opportunity to take part in a stadium tour, be entertained by live music, come face-to-face with reptiles from the Australian Reptile Park, whet their appetite at the various food stalls, enjoy many giveaways and chances to win great prizes including a Hamilton Island accommodation package, meet mascots from the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Sydney Roosters NRL and Central Coast Mariners and much more!

“We are so proud of the calibre of events the Stadium has attracted to the region including Lionel Ritchie, NRL matches, Nitro Circus, Rugby Union and A-League games, and it’s an absolute pleasure to go to work every day.” Central Coast Stadium Manager Kath Casey said .

PROTIP: The first 300 people to attend will receive free ice-cream and ‘chips on a stick’!
