Great Aunt + Smith and Jones @ Hardys Bay Club
Jul 20 @ 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Great Aunt + Smith and Jones @ Hardys Bay Club | Hardys Bay | New South Wales | Australia

To celebrate the release of their forthcoming feel-bad single, ‘FOMO’, folk/Americana duo Great Aunt are hittin’ the road for a string of special east coast Australia shows in July 2019.

‘FOMO’ is a fear of missing out; a fear of pretending, of getting caught up in games, and of neglecting real joy in favour of ‘hits’ and ‘likes’. Great Aunt’s ‘FOMO’ is a melancholic mess, disguised as a foot-stomping good time.

Their show at Hardy’s Bay Community Club features very special guests, Smith and Jones, earth-bound folk/soul goddesses who are riding high on the success of their entrancing sophomore album, ‘Something Worth Learning’.

There’s a buzz about Great Aunt: theirs is an oddly joyous approach to making sometimes-sorrowful music. For fear of missing out, be sure to catch them at Hardy’s Bay Community Club on Saturday July 20.
