A Luminous Christmas for The Entrance

The Entrance will once again light up the night with their LED light show, Luminous Christmas.

The 30 day event which includes the annual Christmas Eve, Carols in the Park, kicks off on Saturday 30 November with the light show beginning at 5.30pm and running until 9:30pm each night in Waterfront Plaza.

During the 30 days visitors to The Entrance town centre can check out performances from acoustic artists, local schools, roving entertainers and of course Santa himself!

“There is a wonderful energy on the Coast over the Christmas period and I’d encourage everyone to get along to at least one of Council’s special Christmas events,” Mayor Lisa Matthews said.

Carols in the Park

Part of Luminous Christmas is the annual Carols in the Park which will be held on Tuesday 24 December from 6pm until 9pm in Memorial Park, The Entrance.

Visitors are invited to bring a picnic rugs and grab a spot on the grass to sing along to Carols and well-known hits. There will be a visit from Santa, a Christmas themed photo booth, free craft activities and a fireworks display!
