We never thought it would EVER come to this.

With the entertainment and performing arts industries, locally, nationally, and globally utterly decimated in the wake of the insidious COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to pull down our website until further notice.

We here at Central Coast Live are heartbroken for the many local musicians, venues, artists, creatives and everyone else who contributes to making this town a vibrant and exciting place to live, whose livelihoods are now in jeopardy.

BUT. We are a pretty resilient bunch here on the coast. When this pandemic blows over we know that the music, entertainment and creative arts scenes will be back, bigger and better than ever and we CAN’T WAIT to tell you all about it.

For now though, stay safe and PLEASE heed all advice about the lockdown so we can flatten this curve.

Also, please do what you can to support our creatives in this time of crisis. Buy some music, grab a T-shirt, or start decorating your abode with some fantastic local art. Every little bit helps.

While we may be in isolation, this is something that we need to do together for the good of ourselves, our communities, our nations and the world.

Rock on, and keep washing those hands.
